Who we are

TPO Search is a specialist legal search firm working exclusively in the US market. We place attorneys from exceptional associates through to individual partners and team moves, across six practice areas.
We are deliberately small. Each consultant works one market, so the person you speak to knows the firms, the key players and the nuances of each platform first-hand. That depth is the whole proposition: it is why firms trust us on searches they cannot afford to get wrong, and why attorneys come back to us years after the first placement.
A significant proportion of what we place is never advertised. We identify opportunities around an attorney's experience, ambitions and priorities, then approach the firms where we see a genuine fit. Nothing moves, and no name is shared, without your say-so.
