Who we are
TPO Search is a trading name of The People Of Ltd (company number 11943884), a specialist legal search firm. This notice explains what we do with personal data when you use this site, send us your CV or speak to us about a role.
What we collect
Details you give us directly: your name, contact details, CV, work history, qualifications and what you are looking for in a move. Technical data from your visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, and the source that brought you here.
Why we use it
To match you to roles and firms, to introduce you where you have agreed to it, to respond to enquiries, and to keep you in mind for future searches. We rely on legitimate interests for search work, and your consent where you ask us to keep your details on file.
Who sees it
No firm receives your name, CV or details without your express permission on each occasion. We never sell data. Our suppliers (email, CRM and hosting) process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are reviewed every two years. If you ask us to delete your details we will do so, except where we must keep a record of a placement for legal or tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@tposearch.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
