Are you a junior Legal Associate looking to take your finance practice to the next level?
I’m partnering with a nationally recognized Commercial Finance group that represents leading banks, finance companies, and private equity sponsors on multi-billion-dollar transactions across the U.S. and internationally.
They’re looking for a associate, senior associate or counsel level to join their growing team.
You’ll advise on a wide variety of complex finance matters, including
- Asset-based and cash-flow lending
- Leveraged acquisitions and secured financings
- Loan restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings
- Private equity and sponsor-backed transactions
