An elite, innovation-driven legal team is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4–6 years of sophisticated transactional experience to join its Seattle office. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising high-growth companies and investors across the technology and life sciences sectors, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll work closely with founders, management teams, boards, and investors as a trusted advisor throughout the full corporate life cycle, from formation to exit. Your practice will span a mix of capital markets matters, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with an emphasis on emerging companies and the investors who shape their growth.

You’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one, including

• Serving as outside general counsel to early-stage and high-growth clients.
• Advising on equity financings and negotiating on behalf of both companies and investors.
• Guiding clients through strategic transactions, acquisitions, and other transformative events.
• Providing day-to-day corporate and governance counselling with regular, direct access to executive decision-makers.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–6 years of relevant corporate experience across capital markets, M&A, private equity, or venture capital.

Compensation & Benefits
