Job Description
We are representing a highly regarded global law firm that is seeking associates with 3-6 years of relevant experience to join their Fund Finance practice. Qualified candidates will have experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings. This is an excellent opportunity to work with prominent bank, asset manager, and lending clients. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and solid law firm legal experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a variety of fund finance transactions including syndicated lending, leverage finance, NAV financings, CLOs, and acquisition financings.
- Engage in client interactions, working closely with bank, asset manager, and lending clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong law firm legal experience.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $260,000–$420,000/year (depending on experience and location).
