- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and previous experience working in a law firm.
- Extensive experience representing corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and sophisticated investors.
- A strong command of corporate law, transaction structures, market terms, and negotiation dynamics.
- Demonstrated expertise drafting and negotiating complex acquisition agreements and related transaction documents.
- A proven ability to independently lead transactions, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound commercial judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to advise senior-level clients directly.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
A Senior Role with Genuine Autonomy: Take ownership of sophisticated transactions and client relationships without the conventional expectations associated with partnership-track progression.

An Entrepreneurial Platform: Leverage an established legal platform while developing your own client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
An Alternative Career Path: Enjoy the professional standing and responsibility of an Of Counsel position while pursuing a long-term career outside the traditional partnership track.
