Patent Litigation Partner
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $600K+
A leading Am Law firm is looking to further strengthen its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice in Boston through the addition of an established Patent Litigation Partner with a significant portable practice. This is a senior lateral opportunity for a partner seeking a sophisticated national platform with the depth, resources and complementary capabilities to support complex patent litigation and the continued growth of an established client base.
The firm is particularly interested in partners with approximately $1.5M+ in portable business and a strong track record of originating and leading significant patent disputes. Of particular interest are practices involving semiconductors, electronics, mechanical and electrical engineering, computer hardware, telecommunications and other complex technologies. Candidates should have established institutional client relationships, experience leading high-value matters and a demonstrable ability to originate, retain and expand sophisticated client engagements.
A technical or engineering background is strongly preferred, particularly in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering or a related discipline. Excellent academic credentials, appropriate bar admission and experience representing leading technology, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or other innovation-driven businesses are highly desirable.
