This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures
- Large law firm experience preferred
- Superior academic credentials with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to assume significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with a strong client-service mindset
