A highly respected law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its established and sophisticated commercial real estate practice. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong foundation in acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, and leasing matters. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Advise on real estate lending and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice on a variety of real estate matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
• 3-4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience handling acquisitions, sales, lending, and leasing matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar is preferred.
