A highly ranked national law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its well-established and collaborative Los Angeles-based Real Estate Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior or mid-level attorney to handle complex commercial real estate transactions for institutional clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements
- Review and prepare office, retail, and industrial leases
- Negotiate property management and joint venture agreements
- Assist with borrower-side financing transactions
- Support senior attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions
