A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate with at least three years of experience representing lenders in commercial real estate debt financing transactions. This role offers exposure to high-profile financing deals and complex commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise lenders on commercial real estate debt financing transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related financing documents
- Provide strategic guidance on real estate finance matters to clients
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and other professionals on complex transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience representing lenders in commercial real estate finance
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $260,000–$420,000+, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors
