A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of law firm M&A experience to join its Finance & Transactions team in Dallas. This is an opportunity to work on complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance deals across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting agreements, and coordinating deal logistics
- Collaborate with partners and clients on complex corporate transactions
- Participate in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and managing project timelines
- Provide practical and strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of law firm experience in M&A or corporate transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deal components independently while collaborating with team members
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references
