A nationally recognized corporate practice is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 5–6 years of sophisticated experience to join its high-performing team in one of its major U.S. offices. The Opportunity

You will play a key role in structuring and executing a broad range of capital markets offerings while partnering directly with senior attorneys and clients on strategic matters.

You Will Work On

• Public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
• IPOs and follow-on offerings
• Debt capital markets transactions
• Securities compliance and Exchange Act reporting
• Corporate governance advisory matters

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 5–6 years of capital markets experience in a law firm setting
• Substantial experience with public and private securities offerings
• Strong familiarity with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to, and good standing with, the bar in the state of intended practice
• A JD and previous experience working in a law firm (required)

Compensation: Competitive market compensation. In New York, the anticipated base salary range is $225,000–$445,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
