Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, and General Corporate matters.
  • Handle corporate restructurings, financings, and strategic transactions.

  • Manage transaction processes, draft agreements, and conduct due diligence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate law.
