Candidate Requirements

• JD required
• Must have prior experience working in a law firm
• 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, corporate finance, and venture capital transactions
• Strong experience in corporate governance and entity structuring
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong writing ability and academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
