A sophisticated, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3–6 years’ experience) to join its dynamic corporate practice across several key U.S. markets. What You’ll Do

  • Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents across M&A and venture capital deals
  • Support and lead key aspects of transactions from structuring through closing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to deliver seamless client service

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience at a law firm, focusing on corporate transactions
  • Strong background in venture capital and/or M&A work
  • Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transaction documents
  • Familiarity with securities law compliance and corporate governance is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Previous experience working in a law firm is required

  • Competitive base salary range: $180,000–$260,000 (depending on location and experience)
