A leading international law firm is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Associate with 1–2 years of M&A and private equity experience to join its dynamic Atlanta office. Salary $225k-$235k.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents and commercial contracts
• Conduct due diligence and manage deal execution
• Support clients across all phases of the investment lifecycle

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work well within a team
