A top-tier international law firm is actively seeking a Corporate Finance Associate (3rd–4th year) to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group in one of the following major markets: Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, or Atlanta.
Position Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work on sophisticated corporate finance and banking transactions, including:
- Acquisition financings
- Leveraged lending
- Syndicated credit facilities
- Private equity-related financings
You will gain exposure to national and cross-border transactions while collaborating with a dynamic and collegial team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of focused corporate finance and banking experience
- Prior law firm experience in finance or banking practice groups
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of your chosen office
