Corporate M&A Associate

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $200K – $300K

A prestigious, internationally recognized law firm is seeking a Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its dynamic Dallas office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving M&A practice, while also gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, private equity, venture capital investments, and fund formation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A transactions from start to finish
• Advise clients on a variety of general corporate matters
• Collaborate on corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, and investments

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3-4 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills
• Admission to the Texas Bar (or the ability to become licensed in Texas)
