We are working with a leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience specializing in Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions to join its New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on venture capital transactions and mergers & acquisitions
- Draft and review transaction documents, lead negotiations, and manage deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal counsel
Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of corporate law experience in venture capital and M&A
- Superior academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Admission to the New York Bar
