About the Role
A leading AM100 law firm is seeking a skilled ECVC Associate to join its dynamic Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) Practice Group. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with founders, CEOs, boards, and venture capital investors, guiding them through key corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and negotiate venture financings and strategic transactions.
- Counsel startups and growth companies on formation, fundraising, and equity structuring.
- Advise VC firms and institutional investors on investments in emerging companies.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and IP issues.
- Work with clients in AI, fintech, life sciences, SaaS, robotics, defense tech, and more.
