About the Role

In this position, you’ll work closely with sponsors and investors across the private funds ecosystem, advising on the full lifecycle of fund formation. You will handle a mix of private investment fund launches, sponsor-level structuring, and secondary transactions involving both LP and portfolio company interests. The role offers extensive hands-on responsibility and regular client contact from day one.

What You’ll Work On

• Structuring and forming private investment funds across a variety of strategies
• Advising on general partner and management company arrangements
• Managing secondary transactions and transfers of limited partner or portfolio company interests
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on complex corporate matters
• Driving deals with increasing autonomy as you develop within the practice

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of fund formation experience within a respected corporate practice
• Strong understanding of private fund structures and market terms
• Proven experience representing both sponsors and institutional investors
• Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Strong communication, drafting, and client-management skills
• A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional work
