An elite national law firm is seeking a Funds Associate (3–5 years’ experience) to join its expanding financial services and capital markets team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly regarded practice advising private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds, as well as institutional investors participating in those funds. Salary $240k-$285k.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to all stages of the investment fund lifecycle, from formation and structuring through capital raising, operations, and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with market-leading partners and sophisticated clients on complex, high-value transactions across a diverse range of industries. The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. locations, including a fully remote option.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• A strong foundation in corporate and securities law with direct fund formation experience.
• Experience advising both fund sponsors and investors.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters efficiently.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Admission to the bar (or eligibility to obtain admission) in the jurisdiction of practice.
