Shareholder Activism
We are seeking a mid-level M&A Associate with 4–7 years PQE to join a dynamic team focusing on shareholder activism defense. The ideal candidate will have experience in public company M&A, corporate governance, Delaware law, and securities law, with hands-on exposure advising public companies in shareholder activism and takeover defense.
About the Role
- Work closely with senior partners on high-stakes shareholder activism matters
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions
- Draft and negotiate agreements, supporting both M&A and defense strategies
- Contribute to client relationships and team development
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of M&A or corporate governance experience at a leading law firm
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $310,000–$420,000 (DOE)
