The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex M&A transactions, from initial structuring through closing. Key Qualifications

• 4–6 years of M&A experience in a sophisticated law firm environment
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate deal processes
• Experience supervising junior attorneys and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school required
• Admission to the California Bar preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support private and public M&A transactions across various industries
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, disclosure schedules, and closing deliverables
• Manage and drive complex deal timelines and client communications
• Coordinate with tax, regulatory, and other specialists across the firm
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development
