The successful candidate will advise on complex domestic and international transactions and work closely with partners and clients on high-profile deals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A transactions across various industries.
• Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related deal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and advise clients on transaction structure and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-practice teams on tax, employment, IP, and regulatory issues.
• Handle post-closing integration and governance matters.
• Support junior associates and contribute to team development.
