A sophisticated national practice is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Counsel to join a growing team focused on complex debt, servicing, restructuring, and commercial real estate transactions.
This is an opportunity for a senior attorney to take on substantive responsibility within a well-established platform handling sophisticated financing matters across the United States. The position offers significant exposure to sophisticated transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on matters with a national footprint. For an established real estate finance lawyer, this is a strong platform to deepen client relationships, broaden transactional experience, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice.

- Previous experience working in a law firm
This opportunity will particularly suit an experienced attorney who enjoys sophisticated transactional work, values direct client engagement, and wants to contribute to a collaborative and expanding national practice.
