An elite corporate transactions team is seeking a Senior Associate (6–8+ years) to join its Public Company Mergers & Acquisitions practice in South Florida. What You’ll Do

• Lead public company M&A transactions from inception through closing, including structuring, negotiation, and execution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic legal and business guidance
• Draft and negotiate principal transaction documents and manage high-stakes deal issues
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff
• Coordinate with internal specialists on complex, multi-disciplinary matters
• Oversee post-closing matters, including purchase price adjustments and integration issues

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar (or ability to waive in)
• 6–8+ years of substantive M&A experience at a law firm, with a strong focus on public company transactions
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex deals
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills
• Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactions is a plus
