• Proven experience representing both GPs and LPs across fund types.
• Strong foundation in regulatory and transactional aspects of private investment funds.
• Exceptional communication, drafting, and client advisory skills.
• Strong academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• Must be a self-starter, team player, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise established and emerging fund sponsors on fund formation and governance.
• Provide counsel to institutional investors on fund commitments, co-investments, and side letters.
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, offering documents, and advisory agreements.
• Guide clients on ongoing regulatory compliance and operations of private investment funds.
• Work closely with partners and clients on structuring and marketing strategies.
