  • Representing venture capital funds and institutional investors in new investments, follow-on financings, and portfolio company matters.
  • Managing due diligence processes and coordinating transactions efficiently within leanly staffed deal teams.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while collaborating closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated corporate matters.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience with substantial exposure to venture capital financings and emerging growth companies.
  • Experience representing both companies and investors in venture capital transactions.
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Previous experience working in a law firm is essential.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and sound commercial judgment.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, high-responsibility environment.
  • Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the Massachusetts and/or New York Bar.

Why Apply?

This opportunity provides exposure to market-leading venture capital work, significant client contact, and a clear platform for professional development. You will work alongside highly respected practitioners on cutting-edge transactions involving innovative companies and sophisticated investors, while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages initiative and career progression.
