A leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its expanding San Francisco office.

This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised Retail & E-Commerce litigation practice representing major retailers and consumer-facing businesses in sophisticated class actions, mass arbitrations and other complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle consumer class actions and complex commercial litigation
• Work on disputes involving advertising, marketing, pricing and promotions
• Advise on privacy and emerging technology-related litigation
• Assist with mass arbitration matters
• Draft substantive motions, briefs and litigation documents
• Manage discovery and significant case workstreams
• Work directly with experienced litigators on matters for national clients

Who You Are

• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Interest in retail litigation, consumer class actions or mass arbitrations
• Retail-specific experience is not required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Sound judgment and exceptional attention to detail
• Active California Bar admission

Compensation

Salary Range: $230,000–$305,000

Increasing to $245,000–$340,000 effective January 1, 2027.

Incentive and profit-sharing bonuses may be available.
