A leading global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Las Vegas office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized business disputes practice, working alongside experienced trial lawyers on sophisticated commercial litigation for clients across a range of industries, including financial services, insurance, real estate, construction, gaming and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and business litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive litigation documents
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis
• Manage significant case workstreams and project responsibilities
• Assist with discovery, hearings and trial preparation
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
• Work directly with experienced trial lawyers on complex disputes
• Collaborate with attorneys across complementary practices and industries
• Take increasing responsibility for matters as experience develops

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of commercial and business litigation experience
• Large law firm experience is preferred
• Admitted to the Nevada Bar
• Strong academic credentials
• Superior drafting and legal research skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to take significant responsibility for complex matters
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage a diverse workload independently and collaboratively
• Interested in participating in professional and community organizations

Compensation

Salary Range: $185,000–$215,000

Associates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
