A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator to work on complex, high-stakes disputes, with significant responsibility across litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• Manage written discovery and document productions
• Draft substantive pleadings, motions and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist with depositions and case preparation
• Develop litigation strategy alongside partners
• Manage significant case workstreams
• Communicate directly with clients on complex matters

Who You Are

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Large law firm or comparable litigation experience
• Judicial clerkship experience is advantageous
• Strong motion practice, discovery and deposition experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Superior research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong strategic judgment and client-facing abilities
• Admitted to the California Bar

Compensation

Salary Range: $310,000–$390,000

Annual performance and discretionary bonuses may be available.
