A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join its Austin litigation practice.
The position is particularly suited to an experienced commercial litigator with a background in healthcare or energy disputes, combining sophisticated litigation with regulatory and compliance-related advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial litigation involving healthcare and/or energy clients
- Advise on sophisticated regulatory and compliance matters
- Represent clients in healthcare reimbursement and/or energy-related disputes
- Handle litigation arising under state and federal laws
- Represent clients before regulatory bodies
- Develop litigation strategy and manage significant matters
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients
Who You Are
- 7+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Experience in complex commercial disputes involving healthcare and/or energy
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and enforcement matters
- Strong analytical, research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Large law firm experience is preferred
- Admitted to the Texas Bar
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
