IP Litigation Attorney

A top-tier law firm is seeking talented attorneys from law school class years 2018–2021 to join its growing Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-stakes IP and patent litigation matters alongside a dynamic team of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patent litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Participate in PTAB disputes and appellate matters
• Work closely with a diverse range of clients, particularly in the tech and engineering sectors
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and lead discovery efforts

Ideal Candidate

• Top law school credentials and strong IP/patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar technical field (highly preferred)
• CAFC clerkship experience is a plus
• Experience with PTAB disputes is also a bonus
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual compensation range of $260,000–$390,000, based on experience and qualifications
