A premier global law firm is seeking a 5+ year Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of sophisticated litigation matters while gaining significant responsibility within a leading national and international practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation positions
• Manage matters through all phases of litigation
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings and trial preparation
• Work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated disputes
• Collaborate across practice areas on complex litigation matters

Who You Are

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong litigation experience gained at a leading law firm
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Texas Bar
