Requirements

  • JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
  • 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation, with a focus on research, drafting discovery responses, requests, and motions.
  • Preferred technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
