We are seeking an IP Trademark Litigation Associate (3rd-4th year) for its highly-ranked IP practice in Chicago.

Compensation for this role in Chicago, IL is between $260k to $310k.

Requirements

• 3rd-4th year Associate
• experience in IP Litigation with a focus on Trademark/Copyright Litigation
• Admitted to practice in Illinois or eligible to waive in
• Excellent academics along with strong legal research, writing and analytical skills

In this role the IP Trademark Litigation Associate will take ownership of high-stakes trademark and copyright litigation, including anti-counterfeiting and online enforcement. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of litigation: drafting complaints and TRO applications, managing high-volume discovery, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlements.
